Bookings for St Mary's Task Force

Thank you for volunteering to be part of St Mary's Taskforce.

"So in Christ, we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others" Romans12:5

It is a beautiful thing when all the parts of Christ's body at St Mary's work together for his glory and we encourage everyone to find their place in the life of the church.

For many that means committing to being part of a regular team. For others that is not so easy, but the Taskforce provides a way for everyone to join in!

We keep lists of people willing to help with one off tasks which help to smooth the wheels of our church life together.  and we are renewing the lists at the moment! 

For these tasks you will be contacted when a particular need arises and you can say whether or not you are able to help on that particular occasion. For example, you might not be able to be a regular part of say the Seniors Lunch team, but maybe you could help set up sometimes, or come along just to wash up afterwards. Maybe some weeks you would have time to cook double and provide a meal to someone in need. 

These small tasks make a real difference to those serving on regular teams and they would love you to join in if you can!
